It’s not a rare occasion that kids’ programming dominates the weekly cable television (http://cable.usdirect.com/) ratings. The Disney Channel’s mash-up of “Hannah Montana” with “Wizards of Waverly Place” was the most-watched TV program this week. Nine of the top 20 spots were occupied with “SpongeBob SquarePants.”
